First of all I'm giving this 5 stars because it was exactly the kind of phone I was looking for and at £60, a right bargain too.

I wanted something that was easy to use and looked nice - it feels sleek yet durable. The menu's really easy to use, but at the same time it looks as though more techy people could delve deeper into it. I hate touch screen phones so again, this was great because when you press something, you'll know it'll do it! Also it has a decent camera, radio and video player, but again, not something that was important to me. Regarding the battery, I've had it for a day now and it still has a full battery. Granted, I've only made about an hour's worth of calls, but still.

So to sum up, it's very similar to the Nokia 6500 slide (in appearance and functions), but this is slimmer and looks better. If you want a something that looks great but with a few gadgets too, I definitely recommend this.

I paid £69.99 for this phone and what a bargain. It's very well made and looks really great in its metal jacket. The screen is excellent and the menus easy to navigate. The 3MP camera is more than adequate for everyday use. I particularly like the built in music player and after I inserted a 8GB Micro SD HC memory card (not included with the phone but remarkably cheap anyway!) I was able to easily store a huge number of music, photo and video files.
Altogether this is a brilliant phone at a very good price.

I bought this phone as my old samsung g600 was playing up and i could not make my mind up between the samsung steel and the g600 so i decided to try this one as when i compared the two phones the steel had a few extras on it. The camera is different but over all the samsung steel is a better phone i really love the way it looks & feels and the ringer volume is better than the g600 too.
